General Objectives
he objectives in the Retreat will be oriented towards your specific requirements, as a tailored suit. Once our proposal is approved, we will coordinate a CO-DESIGN Session to adjust the session plan towards the specific objectives. We recommend identifying your goals, or drawing inspiration from the following 20 goals, those most important to your team, ideally 3 or 4 goals per full-day:
- Connect and Reconnect each member with the team.

Journeys
From 1 full-journey to 3 full-journeys, as needed. Recommended as Residential Program.
Methodology
We apply Experiential Learning, The andragogycal methodologies that we put on practice, enriches the journeys making interactive sessions, competitive, funny and very productive, achieving objectives with action to commitments.
Your investment
USD. 250.00 per person, per journey, with a complete pack of benefits and production details included, with a minimum of 12 participants.
Negotiation Terms
We require the Purchase Order and Billing Information. We will proceed to issue the invoice. The payment of 60% by Wire Transfer is required, and 40% will be paid upon completion of the contracted day(s) via Wire Transfer to the same account. Corporate Credit Cards are welcome. Will be billed by Ernesto Yturralde Worldwide Inc. The amounts are net, after deduction of local taxes, if applicable. The invoice is issued from USA, State of Florida.
In the case of United Nations Agencies and Government Agencies, Embassies, Consulates, Countries Foreign Ministries, we align to the TOR or established payment policies.
The above-mentioned amounts include instructional design and delivery. Costs of facilities / locations, complementary food services for participants or our team are not included; neither logistics nor transportation costs, lodging, food, unless specified in a Personalized Quote. We recommend consider our arrival at least 24 hours before the start and return, a day after the last session of each workshop or contracted module.
